Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine is an ancient healing method (approximately 3,500 years old), based on the unity of body and mind in which the QI or life source flows along meridians or energy sources.

TCM is based on, among other things, the theory of the five elements, knowledge of the yin-yang balance , but above all it sees the human being as a “whole” and not as “parts”.

Components of the TCG:

– Acupuncture or stimulation of meridian points or energy points to remove blockages and improve qi flow.
– Herbal medicine
– Chinese nutrition
– Tui-Na massage
– Exercise (Qi Gong, Tai Chi)
